Owner Peter Hall says that as the high security aspect remains with secure fencing, alarms and air-conditioning, archive storage for confidential papers from banks or insurance companies is a likely possibility. Blackdown House is the main office block within the site.38,500 sq ft of well appointed offices. BROADBAND is available to the building.
